How high is the commission?
As a standard partner, you receive 10% commission on the net order value. Premium partners (from 3 successful referrals per year or >€30,000 referred volume) receive 15% commission.
When and how is the commission paid?
We generally pay each commission after the customer's payment is received. Payment is made by bank transfer on the agreed date. You will receive a detailed overview by email.
Is there a minimum order value for commissions?
No.
How exactly does the referral process work?
The referral is simply done by email. You recommend us to your customer and inform us in parallel by email. We will then let you know if the customer has contacted us and if a contract has been concluded.
What materials does DSecured provide?
We offer presentations, data sheets, case studies, email templates, and white-label materials for premium partners. You will receive these by email after your registration.
Can I include existing customers in the program?
Existing customers who already work with DSecured cannot be retroactively counted as referred customers. However, new projects with existing customers are eligible for commission.
What obligations do I undertake by participating?
There are no minimum requirements or sales targets. You do not enter into any financial obligations. We only expect professional conduct and correct representation of our services.
