Who We're Looking For

We're seeking competent penetration testers of all experience levels - from talented newcomers to seasoned security professionals. What matters more to us than certificates? Your practical skills and passion for cybersecurity.

What Impresses Us

  • Demonstrable real-world experience (pentests, CTFs, bug bounties, etc.)
  • Software engineering background or development experience
  • Server administration and infrastructure knowledge
  • Active participation in bug bounty programs
  • Personal website, GitHub profile, or public security projects
  • Blog posts, writeups, or talks on security topics
  • CTF participations and good placements

Important: A degree is not mandatory! We're interested in your practical abilities. A relevant degree is certainly a plus, but not a requirement.
