FAQ
What services can be obtained through a framework agreement?
All services from our portfolio can be obtained through a framework agreement: penetration tests, vulnerability scans, red teaming, phishing exercises, OSINT analyses, and EASM solutions.
Is there a minimum term or minimum purchase quantity?
Standard framework agreements have a minimum term of 12 months and an annual minimum volume of €25,000. Premium framework agreements offer better conditions with longer terms (24 or 36 months) and higher volume (from €50,000 p.a.).
How flexible is the service design?
Very flexible. You can either define a fixed contingent of specific services or set a budget that you can use flexibly for different services. The distribution over the contract period is also freely configurable.
How are the services billed?
You have a choice between different billing models: monthly flat rate, quarterly billing of actual services provided, or advance payment with service calls as needed. We adapt to your requirements.
Can the conditions be adjusted during the term?
Yes, with increasing service volume, conditions can be improved even during the term. A reduction of the agreed minimum volume is generally not possible.
Are there special notice periods?
Framework agreements are concluded for the agreed term and automatically renew for 12 months at a time if they are not terminated with a notice period of 3 months to the end of the contract.
Are prices guaranteed for the entire contract period?
Yes, the agreed discounts and conditions apply for the entire initial contract period. In case of automatic renewal, we reserve the right to adjust prices according to general price developments.
